1. Create a free account at console.groq.com
2. Go to API Keys → Create new key
3. Copy the key (starts with gsk_)
4. Paste it above and click Save Settings
5. Default admin password is nexus123 — change it in .env as ADMIN_PASSWORD=yourpass
